Our physio-led movement classes are designed to allow participants to explore movement in a non-judgemental and supportive environment, with all bodies and ability levels welcome.
Classes are 45 minutes in length and incorporate pilates, stretching and strengthening (using body weight or resistance bands).
Each class costs $40 to attend (maximum of 8 people per class).
There are no terms or recurring costs, simply pay per class!
If you need to reschedule or cancel a class you have booked, you can do so the following ways:
We appreciate that illness and other things come up unexpectedly in life, however it's important to communicate this with our reception team. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class at short notice, we have a strict policy in place.
The full fee of the booked classes will be charged as a cancellation fee when:
If you are unsure you will be well enough to attend due to illness, we recommend you reschedule with more notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.

Meet Rebecca Gawler, a physiotherapist who provides compassionate, inclusive, weight-neutral and trauma informed care to clients at Eat Love Live! She acknowledges the complex relationship many people have with their bodies and movement and recognises that all parts of a person (including neurodiversity, gender identity and body size) can impact how individuals engage in society, healthcare and movement. Bec has a strong passion for supporting those with eating disorders in the recovery process and assisting her clients to overcome a wide range of injuries/pain/illness using a mix of education, manual therapies and exercise.
